Sorry I’m only just getting round to writing this, it’s been a bit of madness since our 5 year anniversary on the 28th Feb 2019. We’ve just had our celebration pop up shop this Saturday which ended up with a few sore heads.
The outlet first ‘opened its online doors’ if you like, on the 28th 2014 with no clue what to do, in all seriousness. We didn’t know fashion, we just had an idea of what we wanted to create and the ethos that exists so deep into our roots now, creating an independent culture & community.
Our first brands designed by Jack and Josh, Vice 84 and Horizon Bay which are still staples to our store today. Two friends from our hometown with an undeniable talent for branding and all other design fields. Soon after followed Feral and Colour Collective, which were brought in to add a new dynamic and originality to the outlet. Since then we have had more new brands, introduced our own Essentials and conjured up concepts revolving around our love for music. Each still and always designed by young independent designers .
An into into the 5 year re-released pieces.
VICE 84 RETRO TEE - the first Vice 84 design and a staple logo for the first periods. This is still a beauty to this day and embeds that 80s feel.
COLOUR COLLECTIVE ‘SOMETHING’ TEE - first introduced in mustard, the best seller for CC - period. The ‘Pulp Fiction’ concept that fitted the originality of the brand so well. Flipped in this special black colourway for the 5 year special.
Horizon Bay Emblem Tees - our best sellers ever. No word of a lie, these pushed us through a really difficult first year in the industry. First worn by Hot Since 82, then Skream, we sold a lot of these all over the UK and saw them at ALOT of raves and festivals. That was amazing, an amazing release and twinpack idea that really was a UN:IK certified classic.
So there we have our first releases, re shot on our newer materials and goods. We made a special effort to re-release these at the exact same price they were initially placed at online. That’s a treat to you guys as a thanks, which leads us to….
