As a promise, we aim to deliver as quick as possible. We now ship express Royal Mail or DPD. This includes fully tracked on its departure, 1 hour delivery window and address change or safe place instructions - £3.95

* (individual t-shirts will still ship Royal Mail 24 to be left through letter boxes) 

DPD Next Day Guaranteed is available (cut off 2pm UK time), this means we will ensure to ship your order the same day for next day delivery. This includes Saturdays but not Sundays. (*some rare uncontrollable instances may occur i.e. the weather) - £7.95

If you place your order before 1pm - it will aimed to be shipped the same day, if not, it will ship the following day. (Monday-Friday only, we do not ship on weekends)

EUROPE - NO EXTRA TAXES / COSTS AFTER PURCHASE!

We now have a Brexit solution in place. This means we are paying your duty and taxes for you on shipping, meaning you have no extra costs on your delivery due to the change in tax laws. We are also paying the clearance fee in order to help out our EU customers and ensure it’s still easy to shop with us.

Sent via new FedEx quicker shipping. Timeframe working days from dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays not included. Check tracking details for any holidays or delays.

Deliveries to Denmark, Sweden and Finland are PUDO. So these will go to your nearest pick up point and can be accepted with the email. This is the only solution for the taxes and duties for no extra cost.

Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Lichenstein and Canada cannot be sent with duties and taxes paid due to these countries being outside the EU and having their own tax laws. The countries may incur extra duties and taxes costs. They do not offer an option for us to pay duties and taxes, they are required to be paid by the customer sadly.

Please note during busy bank holiday periods slight delays may occur.

UK includes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channels Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.

Returns

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item / provide store credit within 28 days or refund within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the order is sent back in the condition it was received with the original receipt and a note on.

Please note, all sale items are exchange or store credit and have to be returned within 21 days of delivery. We appreciate the understand on this as per discontinued, low inventory styles. They can be exchanged for alternate items if a size is out of stock.

*Store credit is fully flexible, can be used on any order of any items, at any point with no expiry.

Any discount codes or free shipping deductions that are used and become invalid will be automatically deducted from the refund value. (Under £75 on UK order, under £100 on Int order). We are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid or incurred on an order. 

We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable. Please ensure you keep hold of any proof of postage or tracking numbers on your returns, we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse.

*please note jewellery and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
